Then filter the juice with a colander and set aside.<br \/>\nIn a saucepan, saut\u00e9 the garlic in the oil, add the tomatoes and the wine, stir all the mixture ; after which you add the squid, octopus and cuttlefish by letting them take their flavor and then the shrimp.
